Catherine P. Ballard is an associate with Lawson and Silek, P.L.C. Her practice focuses on contracts, business law, and commercial litigation.

     Ms. Ballard received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, her B.A., with honors, from Furman University, and her M.B.A. from George Washington University with a concentration in International Business. During law school, Ms. Ballard served as a Notes Editor for the Journal of Law and Politics. From 2001 to 2004, Ms. Ballard was a civilian attorney with the JAG Corps, serving as Chief, Legal Assistance for the First Armored Division in Wiesbaden, Germany.
