The backgrounds of our lawyers are extensive and diverse, which provides the skills necessary to fully and effectively represent our clients. Lawyers in our firm have previously served as full-time in-house counsel for Marriott Corporation and have previous experience in zoning and subdivision administration for the cities of Suffolk and Norfolk. Several lawyers in the firm have served as judicial law clerks in both circuit courts and the U.S. Department of Labor.

    Lawson and Silek, P.L.C. utilizes a team approach for most cases and legal issues where several lawyers work together to complete work more efficiently. This procedure has an added benefit of familiarizing several professionals within the firm with the client and subject matter at issue. This results in more effective service to the client, especially when issues surface that need immediate attention and the primary lawyer is unavailable due to a conflict such as a trial.
